Churchill Security is always looking to recruit experienced and SIA licensed security personnel in the Northwest, although we do also offer full SIA training to those not yet licensed.
� Applicants MUST be SIA Licensed
� Have experience of working within security services
� All applicants should be aged 18 or over
� You should hold a full clean driving license with a maximum of 3 minor points
� You must have 10 years checkable work or education history

The following key objectives have been identified as compulsory person specifications for members of our dedicated security team:
� All officers are SIA licensed and fully vetted in accordance with the British Standards 7858 criteria.
� All officers will be CRB checked in line with Security Industry Authority (SIA) regulations.
� All officers will have a good standard of numeric and literacy skills.
� All officers will have the relevant experience of writing brief reports / statements.
� All officers will have relevant experience of working in a customer orientated environment and will be capable of relating well to the general public.
� All officers will receive extensive on site training and supervision.
� All officers will be mature, self aware individuals with significant knowledge and experience of the security industry and/or other related fields.
� All officers are fully uniformed and well presented in line with the specific requirements of Fowler Welch.
� All officers will have experience of reception duties, facilities management, customer service and face to face interaction with members of the public.
� All officers will be fully committed to quality and customer care.
� All officers will be proactive in performing their duties and in helping others.
� All officers will be very professional and well mannered with an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to deliver successful customer service.
� All officers will have excellent communication skills and team working abilities with additional proven ability to work using own initiative.
� All officers will be able to use and operate portable communications equipment.
� All officers will have a general understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations and ability to support the company’s Health & Safety Policy.
� All officers will have an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to deliver a successful customer service.
� All officers will be very friendly and helpful and able to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
� All officers will be flexible and willing to adapt and take on additional tasks that may be required.
